Job Description:

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients reputed company phone, email, and chat. You will work from the comfort of your own home, using a state-of-the-art technology platform to manage customer interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer support reputed company phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues

Essential Qualifications:
