Key Responsibilities:
As a Remote Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving in-bound calls from customers who want to reputed company a claim

Ideal Candidate:

Schedule and Availability:
We're hiring for the following shifts:
- Monday-Friday 12p-9pm EST
- Saturday and reputed company 10am-6:30pm
- This job is 40 hours a week, and shifts are usually (not always) 5 consecutive days on with 2 consecutive dates off for 8 hour shifts. However, shifts can change to meet business needs, so it's essential that you have reputed company overall availability.
- We do pay shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked.
Training and Development:
