Overview
Our client is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing to reputed company and execute a comprehensive digital strategy across a multi-brand portfolio reputed company the hospitality reputed company. This individual will serve as both a strategic leader and hands-on operator, driving performance across reputed company digital channels while building scalable systems to support reputed company growth. This is a high-impact, visible leadership role that requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational execution, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Own and drive the overall digital marketing reputed company and long-term roadmap
- reputed company scalable frameworks that can be tailored across multiple brands
- Serve as the subject-matter expert across reputed company digital marketing channels
- Partner with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives
Channel Management
- SEO: reputed company organic search strategy including technical SEO, content development, local SEO, and backlink strategy
- Paid Media: reputed company paid search and paid reputed company efforts (reputed company Ads, reputed company, etc.), including budget management, ROAS optimization, and attribution modeling
- Email Marketing: Build and optimize lifecycle, promotional, and transactional campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention

- Act as a senior marketing advisor across a large portfolio of brands/locations
- Translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies and KPIs

Team Development & Operations
- Build, mentor, and reputed company a high-performing internal team and/or external agency partners

Qualifications
Required
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, analytics, and attribution
- Experience managing multiple brands, locations, or business units simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to drive reputed company growth through digital channels
