Schedule and Shifts

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll work a 4-day shift, with the following schedule:

  • Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time
  • reputed company: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time
  • Monday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
  • Tuesday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time

Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to customers through phone, chat, and email interactions
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Answering customer inquiries and providing product information
  • Processing customer orders and returns
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Participating in training and development programs to improve customer care skills

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer care experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Previous experience with customer care software and systems
  • Certification in customer care or a reputed company field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
