Linguistic AI Auditor (Vietnamese)

Project Overview: Are you a professional linguist or do you hold an academic degree in translation? We are hiring professional linguists (or people who have an academic degree in translation) to join a fascinating project focused on auditing and evaluating the quality of conversations generated by two different AI models. As a linguist on this project, you will assess chatbot conversations based on a set of core dimensions, thus helping to improve the quality of AI-driven communication. Responsibilities:

• Audit and evaluate chatbot conversations based on three core dimensions: Naturalness/Engagement, Utility, and Audio Quality
• Follow project-specific guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate evaluations
• Use a proprietary client platform to complete your tasks
• Preferably, meet a daily workload of approximately 4 hours per business day

Requirements:

• A degree in Translation/Linguistics or a reputed company field OR experience as a professional linguist
• Available to start on or around June 1st
• Full availability for the entire 2-month project duration
• Ability to reputed company to a workload of approximately 4 hours per business day - preferably.
• Must be a freelancer (we are not engaging with companies for this project)
• Must be willing to take a project-specific qualification test

Recruitment Process:

• Application Review: We will review your application to ensure you meet the basic requirements
• Language Knowledge test: You’ll complete a short assessment in English, and also in your reputed company language
