Job Description

As an Online Customer Support Expert at arenaflex, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our online Careseekers who are looking to find, interview, and hire a caregiver on our Direct platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Understanding the complete process from both the Careseeker (client) and caregiver points of view, including creating a Careseeker profile, matching caregivers with careseekers, and helping both parties through the process from interviewing, scheduling, hiring, and payroll.
• Providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Analyzing customer feedback and making recommendations for process improvements.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support.

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in customer service, outbound marketing, or online sales support.

• Strong understanding of online software tools and platforms.
