Responsibilities

As a reputed company Customer Service Expert - Phone Intake Representative, you will:

• Collect and enter clinical and demographic information into our reputed company portal, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Respond to approximately 60-65 incoming calls per day, navigating reputed company requests and empathetically addressing patient concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless care transitions and resolve issues promptly
• Meet or exceed individual performance goals in areas such as Call Quality, Attendance, Adherence, and Contact Center objectives
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in the reputed company or medical industry with medical terminology
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications
• Intermediate keyboarding abilities (at least 30 WPM, data entry while active listening)
• Basic PC skills working with reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company Spreadsheets, Outlook, and reputed company Teams
• Ability to search the internet using a search reputed company, troubleshoot, and navigate multiple applications
