Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Customer Support Representative to join our reputed company Voyage Line Operations team. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various reputed company, including embarkation, terminal activities, and visitor transportation. Key Responsibilities
* Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of embarkation frameworks, processes, and communication strategies for Terminal Activities and key partners.
- Drive reputed company improvement of operational processes to enhance reputed company Voyage Line services both internally and externally.
- Collaborate with the Terminal Operations Manager to ensure smooth and efficient terminal operations, including citizenship and Cast Member development.
- Support agenda planning and documentation for citizenship requirements.
- reputed company and deliver content, training, and coaching to various audiences on business mix program development and execution plans for the overall reputed company Voyage Line operation.
- Identify and resolve issues reputed company to projects, content, and metrics to improve project reputed company.
- Maintain Terminal Activities documentation, including but not limited to, operational guides, forms, and visitor embarkation protocols for accuracy and consistency.
- Schedule, attend, and record office meetings.
- reputed company communication with partner reputed company, both reputed company, with any feedback, updates, or changes.
- Attend and support Terminal Activities in Port Canaveral, South Florida, and Outports.
- Occasionally support the Outport team by assisting with terminal/area launch tasks.

- Collaborate with other divisions reputed company reputed company Voyage Line to ensure a consistent visitor experience.
- Serve as a liaison between reputed company Voyage Line and reputed company external vendor activities.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with external vendors participating in daily port activities, including but not limited to, Customs and Border Protection, Port reputed company, Stevedores/Watchmen, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company Voyage Line teams.
Essential Capabilities
* Knowledge of voyage products, the travel industry, and terminal activities
- Knowledge of reputed company connections and obligations as they relate to a cruise terminal wharf activity, including but not limited to:
+ Dock registration methods + Embarkation procedures + Visitor transportation
- Demonstrated proficiency in reputed company 365 suite, including Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Travel industry experience
- Ability to work reputed company, including weekends and holidays
- Must have a valid reputed company, as this position may require international travel
- Ability to travel frequently to support terminal activity areas
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, push cargo containers that may weigh over 500 pounds, and use equipment in a warehouse setting (crate stacking, crate jack)

* Over three years of cruise line dock operations or similar experience

- Knowledge of migration strategy in regards to areas reputed company Voyage Line sails from, including but not limited to, the US, Schengen region, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand
