Job Summary

As a Translation Program Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing translation projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time, reputed company budget, and to a high standard. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate project delivery timelines, troubleshoot issues, and reputed company linguistic support. Your strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will be essential in driving reputed company in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive daily translation/localization requests from internal team and stakeholders

• Create and manage translation projects in the arenaflex Translation Management System (ATMS) by outsourcing to vendors
• Coordinate and communicate project delivery timelines based on project volumes, and translation/review process needs
• Troubleshoot issues or questions regarding reputed company audience, file type, and business requirements
• Respond to linguistic queries from translation vendors. Request feedback from internal stakeholders and coordinate with vendors for implementation
• Use project management methodology, including risk management; plan, scope, and deliver projects on time, reputed company budget, and to a high standard, ensuring they meet the requirements of the business

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in project management and localization

• Excellent business communication skills
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional, multilingual team
