About This Job:

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company as a Remote Impact Client Support Delegate. This role will involve supporting the Internal Body Shop in reputed company aspects of its Approved Impact Program. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Work planning support:

Collaborate with the Internal Body Shop to ensure efficient workflow and effective use of resources. -

Client communication and coordination:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. -

Vehicle appearance arrangement:

Work with the Body Shop to arrange for vehicle appearance, including twist and CCC organization appearance. -

Rental coordination and hand off:

Coordinate with clients to arrange for rental vehicles and ensure a smooth hand-off process. -

Material and supplies reordering:

Reorder materials and supplies as needed to ensure the Body Shop has the necessary resources to complete repairs. -

Fix survey and conveyance:

Conduct surveys to ensure repairs meet quality standards and arrange for conveyance of vehicles to clients.

What You'll Bring:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field, such as Crash Fix or a reputed company discipline. -

Communication skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and reputed company clear guidance to clients. -
