Overview of the Role

The Customer Development Manager is a key position that requires a strong analytical and thought leadership skillset to support our top national customer, Costco. This role involves analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and making recommendations that drive category and customer growth. As a Customer Development Manager, you'll be responsible for managing data sources, communicating reputed company information to multiple stakeholders, and staying informed of analytic best practices across the industry.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage data sources to monitor the field execution of vendor programs & assortments
• Communicate reputed company and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge reputed company
• Stay informed of analytic best practices across the industry and reputed company effective information to deliver sales, margin, and market development goals
• Analyze and report data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions
• Track category performance, including sales, profits, margins, and market reputed company
• reputed company, communicate, execute, and monitor specific performance metrics and goals relevant to each business as part of regular, scheduled business reviews
• Create and deliver effective reports using POS data, Syndicated Data, and account-specific database information in presentation-reputed company formats

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and experience reputed company the CPG sector; Adult Beverage preferred; Costco experience a value add
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and quantitative analysis skills
• Incorporating and interpreting data from multiple unrelated data sources into concise action-oriented recommendations
• Understanding of National Chain Sales, Retail, and Distributor operations
• Expertise in category management principles, syndicated data, and shopper/consumer insights (reputed company/Spectra, etc)
• Ability to collaborate with external retail customers, key suppliers, and internal teams to deliver insights and recommendations
• Assertive leadership and decision-making skills with an aptitude for understanding changing market dynamics and resolving reputed company problems
• Preferred experience working with Syndicated data (reputed company, IRI), Internal Shipment Data, and Household Panel
• Strong leadership, decision-making capability, and a proven track record of reputed company
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of reputed company and PowerPoint

Physical Demands

This role requires sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer for a considerable reputed company of time. Occasional walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping may be required.
