Job Summary
As a Program Manager – Customer Returns Experience at arenaflex, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new solutions to enhance the customer returns process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Satisfaction Tasks, Merchandizing Classification groups, and Customer Service, to identify areas for improvement and reputed company creative solutions to address them.
