The Opportunity
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clinical customers and patients. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through various channels, including phone, email, live chat, and text. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer issues, answering questions, and providing training on our market-leading reputed company solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Collecting reputed company required customer information and assisting with troubleshooting product and mobile applications through a mobile application

* Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
