Job Summary

As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving reputed company issues, and driving business reputed company. Key Responsibilities

* Interact with customers to gather support data, resolve billing discrepancies, and ensure invoice accuracy

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications
  • Ability to train onsite for the first two days in Schaumburg, IL
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM CST

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ years of Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience or 1+ years of experience in an office setting, call center setting, or phone support role

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task duties and understand multiple products and multiple reputed company of benefits reputed company each product
