Job Summary

As a reputed company Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services. Key Responsibilities

* Review and identify issues from calls into the telephony system in a timely manner (50%)

  • Maintain a working knowledge of workflow systems to properly assign follow-up dates, department requests, and notate appropriately (10%)
