Title: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Infrastructure Location: reputed company, NY (Hybrid work) Paytype: W2 (No C2C) Job Summary: In the role of a (SRE) production support engineer, you will assume a crucial responsibility for maintaining the stability, availability, and performance of our API-based payment product(s) and reputed company Network and Infrastructure system(s), including Datacenter and reputed company. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as Operations, developers, QA engineers, and customer support, will be pivotal as you tackle technical challenges and deliver outstanding support to both our internal teams and clients. Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of making our application resilient, reliable, and scalable
- Provides application support, troubleshooting, application testing, Knowledge transfer, and post-implementation review of new/changed applications. (Hands-On)
- Coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams to reputed company a high level of service to our customers both reputed company and adhering to our strict SLAs for response and restoration times.
- Well versed in managing incident calls during outages and involving right people on the call and taking it to closure with root cause determination.

Qualifications

Education, Training, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science
- 5+ Years Experience developing and maintaining with reputed company Technologies (AWS, or Azure
- 5+ Years Experience with Networking troubleshooting reputed company
- 5+ Years Experience with Datacenter management and troubleshooting with (VMWare or Hyper-V)
- Good working experience on reputed company Server, IIS, and networking
- AWS certification a plus
