Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You'll be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing timely and accurate solutions to their needs. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients feel valued, supported, and informed throughout their reputed company with us.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer and address a high volume of incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner while maintaining performance metrics, quality standards, and HIPAA compliance
- Document call reputed company in our customer relationship management tool
- Availability to work some holidays and weekend days
- Job may require flexible scheduling to grow in the company
- Mentoring and helping new employees reputed company asked
- Assist in special projects or tasks as needed
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of experience in a customer service role analyzing and solving reputed company customer issues
- Basic level of proficiency in reputed company Office Suite software
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task - navigate systems on dual monitors and type while on a call
- Global geographical and cultural awareness
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
