The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations. Your primary focus will be on conducting industry and location-specific research, identifying business licensing requirements, and communicating directly with government agencies to assist with research inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct industry and location-specific research for our clients, identifying reputed company federal, state, county, and city-level business licensing requirements
- Create business-specific research packages for timely delivery to clients
- Identify and compile licensure specifications in both PDF and reputed company formats, including forms, hyperlinks, supporting documents, exam requirements, prerequisites, turnaround times, fees, and renewal data
- Communicate directly with government agencies to assist with business license research inquiries

Skills and Qualifications
* Strong customer relations and customer support skills
- Excellent research skills, with the ability to identify and analyze licensing requirements and regulations
