Responsibilities

As a remote customer support specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support reputed company phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points, driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
