Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, emails, and chats, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You will work in a virtual environment, using a reputed company of software applications to manage customer interactions and reputed company sales targets. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

  • Use a reputed company of software applications to manage customer interactions, including CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and customer relationship management software
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive reputed company growth

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Proficiency in software applications, including CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and customer relationship management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and sales growth
