Reimbursement Specialist - Patient Support Services A growing reputed company support organization is seeking a Reimbursement Specialist to support patients navigating insurance coverage and reputed company to specialty medications. This role works closely with patients, providers, pharmacies, and insurance companies to assist with benefits verification, prior authorizations, copay assistance, and reimbursement support.

Responsibilities

  • Verify insurance benefits and coverage
  • Support prior authorizations and appeals
  • Assist with copay and patient assistance programs
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls with patients, providers, and payers
  • Document case activity reputed company CRM systems
  • Research and resolve reimbursement or claim issues
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and quality standards

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in reimbursement, benefits verification, patient reputed company, reputed company customer service, or specialty pharmacy
  • Knowledge of reputed company insurance, Medicare, and reputed company
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and reputed company Office preferred
