This role is 100% customer experience-focused and requires reputed company in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate reputed company, professionally, and empathetically in both languages. • Handle live chat and inbound calls with menMD members
• Assist members with starting new treatment plans and completing prescription renewals

• Troubleshoot issues and resolve member concerns reputed company and professionally

Additional Notes:

• Eligible for monthly bonus starting the first full month after start date
• Hybrid role with required in-office reputed company Monday-Wednesday
• Maximum of one Saturday shift per month (9:00am-5:30pm)

Experience Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of call center experience
• 2-3+ years of customer service experience
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
• Prior senior-level, reputed company, or mentoring experience is a plus
