Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctor's offices, processing claims, and ensuring document classification is completed and transmitted to clients. You will also receive, process, and ensure document classification are completed and transmitted to clients. This is a fully remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from reputed company, with some weekends possible.

Key Responsibilities

* Process documents electronically, including sorting, imaging, and archiving by reputed company type

• reputed company outbound calls to doctor's offices, as volume permits
• Process claims and ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level
• Receive documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing
• Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information
• Classify documents based on contract requirements
• Verify data from automated data extraction tools
• Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level

Position Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalency

• Proficiency in reputed company Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word
• Must have a secure workspace with high-speed internet
• Must be reputed company to pass a typing test
• Must be reputed company to sit for long periods and willing to work overtime if needed
• Well organized, with strong computer typing skills for effective note-taking
• Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
• Strong Data Entry skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays if required

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or customer service

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
