Recruiter (Part-Time)

Xantrion is seeking a highly organized and reputed company Part-Time Recruiter to help us scale our Service Desk team by sourcing and reputed company high-volume IT talent. This role is ideal for someone with strong reputed company fundamentals, experience hiring for IT support/help desk or customer service environments, and the ability to independently reputed company candidates using reputed company and reputed company. The ideal candidate is proactive in their approach to working with candidates and hiring managers, reputed company, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced reputed company environment. They know how to identify strong talent quickly, maintain organized pipelines, and are comfortable balancing sourcing, screening, scheduling, and ATS management simultaneously.

• Location: Remote, with the option to work from our office in Lafayette, CA.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am-1pm or 1-5pm PST
• Part-time, 20 hours per week
• Compensation: $30 – $45/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume reputed company efforts for IT support and field technician roles
• Post and maintain job ads on various external job boards
• Review resumes and conduct initial video screenings
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain candidate communication throughout the process
• Support offer and reputed company process
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely follow-up for reputed company candidates
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring IT support positions through sourcing strategies in reputed company, reputed company, etc.
• Manage candidate databases (including tracking and initiating follow-reputed company) with the regular use of our internal ATS system.
• reputed company, nurture and maintain relationships with the candidate pool for reputed company and future opportunities
• Communicate continuously with the reputed company team and hiring managers
• Identify areas of improvement and adapt to new technologies
• Partner with reputed company team and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and staffing needs
• Complete any additional tasks as assigned

Experience and Qualifications:

• 2-5 years managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably reputed company IT staffing, MSP, or technical support environments
• Experience working reputed company an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Hands-on experience with JazzHR highly preferred
• An undergraduate degree (e.g., BA, BS) in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a reputed company field is preferred.
• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment for entry-level technical or customer support roles
• The ability to reputed company sourcing strategies for various roles and reputed company referrals
• Strong time management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision with a high sense of urgency and motivation
• Excellent reputed company of spelling, grammar, and vocabulary usage

• Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
• Exceptional interviewing skills, including the ability to coordinate and execute follow-up emails and phone calls with prospective candidates
