About the Role
As a Full Stack Lobby Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to reputed company customers, while also gaining general knowledge to reputed company responses to customer questions at the lobby window. You will be responsible for:
- Providing professional and respectful customer service to reputed company customers
- Gaining general knowledge to reputed company responses to customer questions at the lobby window
- Completing accurate data entry of new applications for food, cash, and medical benefits
- Issuing electronic benefit cards (EBT) or performing (EBT) destruction
- Working in a fast-paced environment, adhering to quick turnaround times, and executing accurate follow up and follow through

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

- Education/Experience Equivalency: Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirement
