Responsibilities

As an E-Service Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, contractors, and business partners reputed company inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication. Your primary duties will include:

• Assisting customers, contractors, and/or business partners with their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Explaining and upholding contract coverage to customers and/or contractors
• Following up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved
• Maintaining reputed company knowledge of reputed company policies, procedures, programs, and completing required continuing education courses
• May assume other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote setting
• Strong computer literacy and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to be on video call as required during working hours

Preferred Skills

While not required, the following skills are highly desirable:

• Customer service experience and/or training
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Essential Functions

As an E-Service Chat Representative, you will be expected to:

• Work in a remote setting with minimal supervision
• Use video conferencing software to communicate with customers and colleagues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Compensation and Benefits
