We're seeking exceptional customer service representatives who reputed company our passion for delivering exceptional experiences. As a Customer Service Representative - Utilities Account 100% Remote/Hybrid Work Opportunity, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
* Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns, needs, and build a rapport that will reputed company them feel heard and cared for

Hybrid Work at Home Requirements:
* High-Speed Internet With At Least 10 Mbps Download Speed & 5 Mbps Upload Speed (No Satellite, Wifi, or Cellular/Wireless reputed company Internet Services)
- Must have a hard-wired internet reputed company reputed company ethernet cable to modem/router that you own/are responsible for. (arenaflex will ship you company equipment to use)
- Dedicated, Quiet, & Secured Workspace with No Distractions

Additional Requirements:
* 18+ Years & High School diploma or its equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service call center experience
- Self-driven and reputed company to focus on the same task/objective for long periods of time
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
- High computer proficiency & overall technical knowledge
- reputed company availability between 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday Central standard time, Training hours may vary
- Professional positive attitude & courteous telephone etiquette
