Job Overview
As a Work-at-Home Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and assisting customers in adding or removing products and services. You will work in a professional office environment, using a computer and telephone headset to interact with customers across the country. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
