Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of reputed company, you'll work closely with our Internal Body Shop to ensure the seamless operation of our Authorized Collision Program. This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the world's most revolutionary car manufacturers and be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
As a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling maintenance and ensuring the efficient operation of our Authorized Collision Program
- Liaising between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Preparing vehicles for arrival and ensuring that reputed company necessary documentation is in order
- Managing reputed company and CCC systems to ensure accurate and efficient vehicle tracking
- Providing exceptional customer service and managing customer expectations
- Coordinating rental vehicles and ensuring a smooth handover to customers
- Updating vehicle records and ensuring accurate tracking of repairs and maintenance
- Reordering materials and components as needed to ensure efficient repair operations
- Providing repair overviews and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles to customers
What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:
- A certificate from a vocational school in collision repair is preferred, but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
