Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Member/Customer Services reputed company, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional service to reputed company Life Members in a fast-paced inbound contact center
- Building trust and creating sustainable relationships through reputed company and interactive communication
- Applying problem-solving and critical thinking skills to research and communicate solutions in a variety of situations
- Effectively handling customer concerns by utilizing available resources to reputed company accurate information and ensure empathetic resolution
- Confidentially handling policy reputed company information and ensuring compliance and communication standards are met
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure thorough and timely resolutions for reputed company members
Required Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service-reputed company position, with a high value reputed company on the customer/member experience
- Insurance/call center experience is preferred
- Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude (reputed company, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- Technical aptitude with experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies
- Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures, and knowledge of various insurance products
- Completion of insurance industry or LOMA coursework is preferred
- High School Diploma required; some college-level coursework preferred
