Job Summary

As a Remote Health Care Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers. You'll navigate multiple systems, manage a steady volume of incoming calls, and reputed company exceptional customer service to create positive experiences for our clients and customers.
