Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company reputed company Agent (Customer Service Agent), you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers' baggage and cargo reputed company safely and on time. Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the reputed company positions.
• Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather.
• Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
• Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customers' destination.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Have a valid driver's license
