Job Summary
As an reputed company Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services. You will work closely with reputed company to reputed company exceptional customer service, manage multiple tasks, and help our clients navigate the complexities of prescription medication management. This is a remote opportunity, with a 4-day, 10-hour weekly schedule, alternating weekends.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepares, inputs, and supports claimant profiles in our pharmacy network
- Assists pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications
- Coordinates and liaises with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate medication benefits assignment in multiple systems
- Supports client needs on requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data
- Manages and updates client and claimant information in multiple systems
- Adjusts to changing processes and needs of various clients
- Answers questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies on topics reputed company to claimant's reputed company or previous medications
- Performs other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications
* 3+ years of reputed company customer service or telephonic experience and/or training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in reputed company Office and ability to learn new software systems
- Ability to handle and manage significant email and phone communications
- Active and reputed company listener with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing processes and needs
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a pharmacy or reputed company setting
- Familiarity with pharmacy software systems and medication management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
Language Skills
* Excellent written grammatical skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as letters and reports
- Excellent understanding of proper telephone etiquette and customer service skills
- Exceptional editing, grammar, and spelling skills
