The Role
As a Future Opportunity- Customer Support reputed company, you'll be a vital part of our Customer Support team, responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone. Your primary goal will be to deliver solutions that exceed our customers' expectations, while also helping them adapt to new software and updates. Key Responsibilities

Work Environment and Culture
* 100% remote team with occasional travel required (1-2 times per year)
- 9:00a-5:30p Pacific Standard Time, with 1-2 weekend shifts a month

- US-based and legally reputed company to work full-time in the US (sponsorships not available at this time)
Hourly Pay reputed company:
$20-$25/hour
