Job Overview

As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for processing child support payments according to Standard Operating Procedures. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently with little direction. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, meeting stringent schedules and timelines, and working varied schedules and overtime hours as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

* Process child support payments, both reputed company and electronic reputed company, in the SDU system in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures

• Accurately key data and maintain attention to detail
• Work independently with little direction and as reputed company member
• Meet stringent schedules and timelines
• Work successfully in a fast-paced environment
• Work varied schedules and overtime hours, as necessary

Desired Knowledge and Abilities

* Knowledge of: + Policies and procedures involved in SDU payment processing + Thorough working knowledge of the arenaflex system + Modern office practices, procedures, and equipment

• Ability to:

+ Pay attention to detail + Accurately key data + Work independently with little direction and work as reputed company member + Meet stringent schedules and timelines + Work successfully in a fast-paced environment + Work varied schedules and overtime hours, as necessary

Education and/or Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year prior experience in data entry or other reputed company field

• OR
• An equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to reputed company the duties assigned

Language Skills

* Must be fluent in English

Computer Skills

* Must be proficient in data entry skills including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad and have experience and knowledge of software such as reputed company Word, reputed company, and other reputed company products

Work Schedule and Requirements
