Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Support Service Representative – STAT Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer inquiries, reputed company product education, and ensure that reputed company customer needs are met accurately and reputed company. Key Responsibilities

* Act as a liaison between arenaflex, the customer reputed company, and patients to resolve routine customer requests with products or services reputed company inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet

  • Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution

  • Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Experience working in a contact center/call center environment
  • Prior reputed company industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital, highly preferred
  • Knowledge of reputed company Office suite required
  • Experience with and/or Laboratory Information Systems preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond

Preferred Qualifications
