Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional live chat support to customers through our website and reputed company media platforms
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
