The Role

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the face of reputed company, responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through professional written and verbal communications. You'll be the go-to person for customer inquiries, order processing, and resolving requests, utilizing your product knowledge to drive sales and maintain customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

* Process orders received by mail, telephone, fax, EDI, and/or through personal customer contact, providing pricing, availability, and schedule information reputed company established guidelines.

• Research and obtain resolution of a variety of customer inquiries, expediting the delivery of selected orders and tracking order activity to alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems.

Qualifications

Salary and Benefits
