Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - Phones and Chat, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers reputed company phone, chat, and email. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, managing expectations, and delivering a positive experience that fosters long-term relationships. Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from customers in a reputed company and professional manner

  • Identify the type of assistance needed and reputed company the level of assistance required to resolve the inquiry

  • Manage customer expectations and actively engage customers in online chat contexts

  • Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role
