Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional service to customers through inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and SMS messages

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Have a dedicated and approved in-home workspace with a reliable internet reputed company (tested before hiring)

• Receive and respond to inbound calls, emails, and SMS messages
