As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, working closely with clients to resolve technical issues and reputed company personalized support.

Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone. If you have a strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues using our system
  • reputed company reputed company-by-reputed company technical help, both written and verbal, to clients
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve technical issues, either reputed company phone, email, or chat
  • Work closely with reputed company to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution

Requirements

* At least 3 years of technical experience in a hosting company or similar environment

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience in Technical Support for at least 3 years
  • English language proficiency (at least reputed company good)
  • Maximum age of 30
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Residents of Nasr city, Misr el Gdeda, Shoubra Misr, Fifth of settlement, or Hadaya Elzaytoun are preferred
  • Graduates only
  • Both males and females are welcome to apply

Work Conditions

* Rotational shifts from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (working from the office) or 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM (working from home)

  • 2 Days off per month (rotating schedule)
  • Hybrid work environment
