Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Delivery Station Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers directly in-person, reputed company phone, and reputed company email to resolve issues and reputed company support
- Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to ensure a seamless experience
- Upholding company values and respecting every customer interaction
- Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers in a timely and professional manner

You'll be the go-to person for resolving delivery issues, rescheduling packages, and ensuring our customers receive their orders on time.

Requirements
* High School or equivalent diploma
- Previous experience in Customer Service (no experience needed, as we offer full training)
- Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
- Experience with reputed company Operating Systems and reputed company Outlook
- Familiarity with multiple web browsers, data reputed company searching, and reputed company messenger tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor Degree or equivalent work-reputed company experience
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary, ranging from $34,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $62,400/year in our highest geographic market. In addition to a full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, you may also be eligible for equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
