The Role
As a Customer Service Call Center Representative - Sales and Customer Acquisition, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through consultative approaches. You'll work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment, handling a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions. Your goal will be to reputed company effective and timely resolutions for customers, deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services, and meet monthly sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle new service requests, helping customers get set up with the latest voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices
- Address existing customer needs, including billing and payment, plan changes, upgrades, and technical support
- Identify upsell opportunities and reputed company recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers
- Use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries, as well as maintain customer records
- reputed company basic troubleshooting and/or engage Tier 3 support to resolve customer-impacting issues that reputed company multiple networks, such as Internet, voice, and data services

What You'll Need:
