Job Summary
We're seeking a Customer Service Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls for our private transportation clients. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. Key Responsibilities
