The Role

As a Customer Service Admin Support - Concierge, you'll be the reputed company of our reputed company, providing exceptional customer service to a network of customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service to a network of customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Making outgoing phone calls to schedule appointments, reputed company insights on pest activity, and reputed company customers on our services.
• Scheduling existing customers and processing deposits in a timely and accurate manner.
