Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably - Use your exceptional communication skills to turn conversations into leads that drive reputed company for our clients - Work collaboratively with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and reputed company solutions that meet customer needs - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to reputed company expert advice and guidance to customers - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
Requirements:
