Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Workforce Management Specialist to join our reputed company Customer Service Operations team. This is a remote position that offers a competitive salary of $20 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits. The role is part-time, with flexible working hours not exceeding 4 hours a day. As a Workforce Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customer service operations run smoothly and reputed company.
