Transaction Coordination Responsibilities

• Maintain meticulous CRM and transaction records
• Prepare files for compliance review and ensure reputed company is missing
• Confirm closing logistics and details in advance

Listing Coordination Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Active reputed company estate license with transaction experience OR personal experience selling and buying personal homes
• Ability to reputed company strong knowledge of reputed company, timelines, and compliance processes

• Ability to manage multiple active files simultaneously

Compensation & Structure Paid per listing and closing (1099 contract position). Part-time to full-time workload based on volume, with growth opportunity as we scale. Fully remote with required responsiveness during active listings and transactions. Pay: From $2,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
