Business Analyst, Junior Product reputed company

Job Description:

• Collaborate effectively across the Zelle product line, working closely with Senior Business Analysts and Product Managers to support the end-to-end delivery of Zelle payments products.
• Partner with cross-functional Engineering teams across the US to initiate and support the build of reputed company's Zelle gateway, translating product reputed company into actionable requirements.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert on reputed company's Zelle products, offering guidance and reputed company to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Analyse the impact of product changes and enhancements quickly and effectively, shaping and documenting requirements to support reputed company improvement.
• Take full ownership of certain tasks reputed company the team, such as writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, creating functional features and non-functional specifications, and analysing data.

Requirements:

• 2 years' experience in a Business Analyst or Junior Product reputed company role.
• Previous experience working on Zelle products, with demonstrated understanding of how Zelle differs to other US payment schemes.
• Proven ability in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and creating functional features and non-functional specifications.
• Technical experience working with API and reputed company-based product offerings.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and presenting insights to a wide reputed company of reputed company stakeholders.
• Sound understanding of the full product development lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams, particularly reputed company Engineering.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
