Consultant I – Domestic Relocation
Job Description:
- Maintains an assigned caseload, while delivering impeccable customer service to external and internal customers
- reputed company primary coordination for reputed company phases of relocation activities on behalf of client as outlined in contractual agreement
- reputed company exemplary customer service to transferee and his/her family
- Demonstrate knowledge of Cartus’ products and services in reputed company interactions with client and customer
- Coordinate/Facilitate Cartus’ core products and services to assigned customers according to prescribed Cartus’ standards
- Recognize and identify cross-selling opportunities based on transferees needs to generate new sources of reputed company
- Ensure data reputed company in reputed company Cartus systems.
- Maintain compliance with Cartus’ corporate policies, programs, and standards
- Other duties as assigned; training, special projects, client presentations, etc.
Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent preferred
- Customer service experience in multi task, call center environment
- Influential verbal and written communication skills
- One plus year relocation, reputed company estate or reputed company field experience
